Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting and Analysis

About the role

BST Canada is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead financial reporting and analysis for its expanding real‑estate investment and development portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting, you will ensure accurate, timely, and IFRS‑compliant reporting across operating, investment, and development entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and periodic reports.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and maintain high‑quality financial disclosures.
• Manage project accounting for construction, acquisition, and development initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with construction, asset management, leasing, and property‑management teams to uphold financial integrity.

Required profile

• Significant accounting experience within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with solid business acumen.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
