Senior Accountant, Audit & Accounting

About the role

Be part of something bigger. As a Senior Accountant in Audit & Accounting at Baker Tilly, you will work with a dynamic team to deliver high‑quality audit, tax and advisory services for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare compilations, reviews, NTRs and audit engagements.
• Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
• Work under tight deadlines, delivering quality work and resolving client issues promptly.
• Correspond with partners and clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• CPA, CA or working towards a CPA designation; completion of CFE.
• Public practice experience is required.
• Experience in both private and public enterprises is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
