About the role
Ocean Spray of Canada is hiring temporary seasonal workers for the September‑November 2025 harvest at its Langley facility in British Columbia. The role involves supporting various stages of the cranberry harvest, from sorting and weighing to packing and moving product.
Key responsibilities
- Grade, sort, and weigh product as a Lab Worker.
- Assemble totes as a Box Builder.
- Inspect and prepare fruit totes as an Inspector.
- Fill totes with fruit at the Binning Station as an Operator.
- Operate forklifts to move totes around the facility.
- Perform general labour tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Availability for variable day shifts during the harvest period.
- Commitment to good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions and keep accurate records.
- Physical capability to lift up to 30 lb (14 kg) frequently.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, forklift operation, lab work or scale handling is a plus.
What we offer
- Hourly wages ranging from $21.00 to $30.00 CAD.
- End‑of‑harvest bonus for seasonal employees.
