About the role
Join Arterra Wines Canada for a seasonal, full‑time position supporting vineyard operations in the Okanagan Valley. You will work outdoors in a fast‑paced environment, helping to maintain healthy vines and ensure a high‑quality grape harvest.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage vine growth, canopy, and grape development.
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and secure vines.
- Perform weeding, pruning, tying, and other vine‑care tasks.
- Harvest grapes according to schedule and quality standards.
- Assist with on‑site safety procedures, including criminal record checks.
Required profile
- Physical ability to stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and lift for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and good hand‑eye coordination.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
