Seasonal Team Member

About the role

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Participate in truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintain store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Execute fast and friendly checkout, handling cash according to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and private label credit cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey.
• Support omni‑channel processes such as BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and follow planogram guidelines.
• Perform merchandise recovery, return/go‑back processes, and store recovery tasks.
• Conduct Store In‑Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
• Cross‑train in custom framing sales and production.

Required profile

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and perform regular bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
