Seasonal Store Sales Associate

About the role

Join Levi's® at the Rideau Centre as a Seasonal Store Sales Associate and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the busy holiday period. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to ensure customers receive friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting shoppers and offering assistance.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging purchases at the register and ensure smooth checkout operations.
• Follow all Levi's® store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including Black Friday.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform continuous standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Required skills

• Physical stamina for demanding retail tasks.
• Basic customer‑service orientation.
