Seasonal Sales Associate – Laurier Store

About the role

The Sales Associate will support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals while delivering excellent customer service. This seasonal position focuses on product knowledge, effective communication, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers, prioritizing assistance over other tasks.
• Communicate product value, current promotions, and offer solutions for out‑of‑stock items.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate cash‑wrap service while promoting the PLACE Card.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels, ensuring all sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
• Keep the stockroom neat, organized, and safe, adhering to loss‑prevention procedures.
• Report maintenance and facility needs promptly to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Contribute to store goals through focused, well‑managed effort.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
