About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our Cambridge store for the busy July‑September period. You will help families find the right school uniforms while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Advise customers on uniform pieces, logos, compulsory and optional items, and care instructions.
- Replenish and organize stock according to merchandising and visual presentation plans.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist with other duties as needed.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, from July to September.
- Team‑oriented attitude and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
- 1+ years retail experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
