Seasonal Retail Associate

About the role

As a Seasonal Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, and help them prepare for the first day of school and other parenting moments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers while managing a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers through omnichannel channels to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute point‑of‑sale transactions efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and handle shipments as needed.
• Communicate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to shoppers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store to minimize loss.

Required profile

• Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lb, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb ladders.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
