Seasonal Labourer – Yard Operations

About the role

RCI, a division of Park Paving Ltd., is seeking a reliable Labourer for a full‑time seasonal position. You will work on‑site in a fast‑paced yard environment, supporting truck movements, load inspections, and general maintenance while interacting with customers and crew members.

Key responsibilities

• Direct truck traffic entering and leaving the yard safely.
• Inspect loads to ensure they meet RCI material criteria.
• Engage with customers in a courteous manner.
• Perform routine yard upkeep, including grass cutting and garbage removal.
• Assist with general labour tasks as needed.
• Learn to operate a front‑end loader and potentially run it independently.

Required profile

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labour for 8‑hour shifts, five days a week (potential Saturdays).
• Hard‑working, polite demeanor and safety‑mindset.
• Willingness to pass a medical/fitness exam.
