Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO / AEO Specialist to join our AI Discoverability team. You will combine technical SEO expertise, Answer Engine Optimization knowledge, and strong analytical skills to boost visibility across traditional and AI‑powered search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO and AEO audits across websites and digital properties.
• Analyze search, traffic, and discoverability data to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Develop data‑driven SEO and AEO strategies based on audit findings and performance metrics.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings, traffic, and AI search visibility.
• Monitor website performance using analytics and search tools.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and performance insights to stakeholders.
• Stay current with evolving search engine algorithms, AI search trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support optimization initiatives and content discoverability.

Required profile

• Analytical and data‑driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and AI discoverability best practices.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI‑driven search platforms.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AI search/data platforms.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and data interpretation abilities.
• Experience conducting technical and content‑focused SEO audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
