SAP QM Associate Manager

About the role

The SAP QM Associate Manager will lead the delivery of SAP Quality Management projects for our clients in Montreal. You will translate business requirements into functional SAP QM solutions, ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, and guide cross‑functional teams to achieve defined outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, manage execution, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP QM solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Configure and support SAP QM processes such as quality planning, inspection, notifications, and audit management.
• Collaborate with MM, PP, PM, EWM and other functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end integration.
• Facilitate workshops, gather and validate requirements, and produce functional specifications.
• Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 + years of SAP experience with a focus on SAP QM.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
