SAP Fieldglass Delivery Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for a SAP Fieldglass Delivery Manager to lead transformation and deployment programs for clients worldwide. You will combine business acumen with deep SAP Fieldglass expertise to design, configure, test, and roll out solutions that address contingent workforce and services procurement challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Kick‑start and drive SAP Fieldglass transformation or deployment initiatives.
• Conduct independent client workshops covering Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Profile Worker modules.
• Lead or support design, build/configure, test, and deployment phases ensuring seamless integration.
• Manage workstreams, coordinate functional and technical teams, and oversee change management activities.
• Develop configuration solutions that meet business and technical requirements and document decisions.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience deploying SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce and/or Services Procurement modules.
• At least 3 years of experience across SAP software implementation projects.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
• Proven ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
