About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead its retail team in Drumheller. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure sales targets are met, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise staff, including apprentices and sales workers, assigning duties and coordinating activities.
  • Hire, train, and arrange ongoing training for team members.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Manage work schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Required profile

  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • 1–2 years of retail sales supervision experience.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and strong accuracy.
  • Client‑focused, flexible, and a team player.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
