About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales associates, ensuring smooth daily operations and meeting sales targets. This position involves coordinating merchandise flow, handling customer issues, and generating performance reports.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities.
- Order and organize merchandise inventory.
- Sell merchandise and achieve sales volume goals.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
Required profile
- Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory role.
