About the role
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead our retail team in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales staff to duties and manage shift schedules.
- Hire, train, and develop retail salespersons and sales clerks.
- Order and manage merchandise stock.
- Drive sales and meet merchandising targets.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising performance, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory records.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and mornings.
