Sales & Stock Support – Boutique Operations

About the role

Join Chanel’s Heart of House team as a Sales & Stock Support professional at the Bloor Boutique in Toronto. You will combine front‑of‑house customer service with back‑of‑house administrative and inventory duties, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and upholds Chanel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in‑person and phone customer service, responding promptly to client and internal queries.
• Assist on the shop floor, welcome clients, present new collections, and escort clients as needed.
• Prepare packaging, gift‑wrap parcels, and accurately document messages for Fashion Advisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of commercial activities and internal affairs.
• Support inventory management, including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and after‑sales tasks.
• Keep back‑office areas clean, tidy, and stocked, including cash and wrap stations.
• Communicate effectively with boutique staff, management, and Chanel Head Office.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and teams.
• Fluent English; a second language is a plus.
