About the role
The Sales & Service Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the sales and operations teams at Harbour Door Services, ensuring quotes are accurate, schedules are aligned, and projects move smoothly from inquiry to payment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and ensure accuracy of sales quotes before they are sent to customers.
- Track the status of quotes and jobs throughout the sales pipeline, from delivery to payment.
- Coordinate installation and service schedules with the Operations Lead, matching crews and resources to customer commitments.
- Prepare and distribute work orders, maintain accurate project files, and support finance with invoicing and accounts‑receivable tracking.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative, sales coordination or customer‑service roles, preferably in construction or service industries.
- Strong organizational, scheduling and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM, scheduling or ERP software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
