About the role

Charton Hobbs, a leading Canadian distributor of prestige wines and spirits, is seeking an On‑Premise Sales Representative for the Greater Montréal area. Reporting to the Provincial Sales Manager, you will drive growth of the premium portfolio within licensed restaurants, bars and hotels, building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable sales results.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with owners, sommeliers, bar managers and executive chefs across the territory.
  • Increase portfolio presence on wine lists, cocktail menus and by‑the‑glass programs.
  • Execute brand and supplier initiatives, including private import projects and seasonal activations.
  • Deliver product presentations and training to front‑of‑house teams.
  • Collaborate with brand ambassadors and suppliers during field activations and industry events.
  • Travel regularly throughout Québec to manage accounts and plan visits.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to own a territory and achieve sales, volume and distribution targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the on‑premise hospitality sector and premium beverage market.
  • Strong influencing and educational skills to drive brand adoption.
  • Highly motivated, relationship‑driven and comfortable with frequent travel.
