Sales Representative – B2B Supply Chain & Logistics (Permanent)

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive new business for Chit Chats Express by identifying, qualifying and converting B2B customers in the supply chain and logistics sector across Quebec. You will act as the first point of contact, understand client shipping needs and present tailored solutions that help Canadian entrepreneurs ship globally.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on outbound leads, inbound inquiries, referrals and marketplace research.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess shipping volume, current carriers, pain points and growth potential.
• Qualify prospects based on commercial fit and prepare proposals or pricing comparisons.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account support.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong interest in supply chain, logistics and e‑commerce.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
