Sales Product Advisor – Automotive

About the role

Crown Auto Group is seeking a Sales Product Advisor to join its high‑performing dealership teams. You will act as a product expert, delivering exceptional customer service and matching clients with the right vehicle for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.
• Generate and respond to leads, schedule appointments, and conduct test drives and video walk‑arounds.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and demonstrate key features and technology at pickup.
• Serve as the liaison between sales and service departments for new customers.
• Utilise dealership technology to track customer interactions and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• 1–3 years experience in sales, hospitality or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to learn new products and stay current with automotive technology.
