Sales Manager – Remote Team Leadership

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its fully remote sales team that converts inbound property‑owner inquiries into new client relationships. The role focuses on speed, follow‑up discipline, strong demos, objection handling, and seamless onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a remote team of 8‑15 sales representatives to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive daily execution metrics such as speed‑to‑lead, demo quality, follow‑up discipline, client sign‑ups, onboarding progress, CRM activity, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, and performance reports; conduct 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and scorecard assessments.
• Monitor active files to ensure efficient transition from inquiry through onboarding to the Property Management team.
• Manage underperformance using early‑warning metrics, coaching plans, PIPs, and final decisions.
• Support hiring by evaluating candidates and identifying top performers.
• Leverage AI tools, reporting dashboards, and QA insights to improve team output.

Required profile

• 8+ years of total sales experience.
• 4+ years of sales management experience with proven performance improvements.
• 2+ years managing a fully remote sales team across time zones.
• Experience overseeing 8‑15+ direct reports.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage, dashboard creation, and reporting.

What we offer

• Base salary of $60,000 CAD annually, plus quarterly bonuses.
