About the role

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Peterbilt equipment sales operation at its Regina location. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing the sales team, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales strategies, quotas, budgets and forecasts to maximize gross margin and market share.
  • Develop quarterly and annual sales plans for territory managers and sales staff.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and executive teams on product launches, budgeting and long‑term business plans.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and business plans for new products or services.
  • Recruit, train, manage and develop all sales personnel, including Territory Managers and Rental Manager.
  • Lead regular sales meetings, reporting activities and performance reviews.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, retail and wholesale partners, and internal Parts and Service teams.
  • Identify new market segments, monitor industry trends and competitive pressures.
  • Provide market feedback to support strategic planning and continuous client improvement.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train and develop sales teams.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and partners.
  • Experience analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, finance and executive functions.
