Sales Manager – OpenRoad Boundary Region

About the role

OpenRoad, one of Canada’s fastest‑growing automotive retail groups, is seeking a Sales Manager for its Boundary Region dealership. You will lead a diverse team, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across a wide portfolio of OEM brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all activities of the Sales Department, including daily metrics and team meetings.
• Assist Advisors in every customer interaction, structuring new and used vehicle transactions according to dealer and manufacturer guidelines.
• Lead, coach and evaluate sales associates, set targets, measure performance and drive trade‑in evaluations.
• Develop and execute the selling cycle, align processes with sales goals and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years automotive sales management experience with a valid VSA licence.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills, with a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top‑tier customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience using automotive platforms such as Reynolds, CUDL, Cox Automotive, vAuto, One‑Eighty, CDK, Rapid Response, AutoTrader 1source and Rapid Recon.
