Sales Manager - Fraser Valley Region

About the role

OpenRoad is one of Canada’s largest automotive retail groups, representing 23 brands across 44 locations. The company seeks a motivated Sales Manager for the Fraser Valley region to lead a dynamic sales team, drive customer satisfaction and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all activities of the Sales Department.
• Assist advisors in every customer interaction, securing new and used vehicle transactions according to dealer and manufacturer guidelines.
• Lead the sales team toward targets, measure performance, evaluate trades and conduct regular team meetings.
• Develop and execute the selling cycle, create processes aligned with sales goals, and ensure daily metrics are met.

Required profile

• Extremely self‑motivated with strong leadership and accountability.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels and departments.
• Strong adherence to processes, administrative abilities and detail‑orientation.
• Minimum 2 years automotive sales management experience and a valid VSA License.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with automotive platforms such as Reynolds, CUDL, Cox Automotive, vAuto, One‑Eighty, CDK, Rapid Response, AutoTrader 1source and Rapid Recon.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
