Sales Manager – Door-to-Door Telecom Team (OTE $120k+)

About the role

Puulse is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its Bell Canada field sales team in Ottawa. You will be responsible for driving door‑to‑door sales of Internet, Mobility, TV and Home Phone services while coaching and developing a team of representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales reps daily, both in the office and on the field.
• Onboard new team members and develop them into high‑performing closers.
• Run daily sales meetings to keep the team focused on targets.
• Participate in ride‑alongs and support reps on live deals.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Achieve sales targets while building the next generation of leaders.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on market growth strategies.

Required profile

• Prior leadership experience in sales, preferably door‑to‑door.
• Proven ability to motivate a team through both slow and strong periods.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Genuine interest in developing people, not just hitting numbers.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for field work.
