Sales Director – Build US Commercial Operations

About the role

Creative Clicks US is expanding its commercial operations from its Markham office. We are seeking a hands‑on Sales Director who will personally drive advertiser acquisition while building and leading a small Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new advertiser partnerships.
• Generate revenue across performance‑marketing verticals and identify new verticals and partnership opportunities.
• Build, coach and lead an initial team of two to three Business Developers.
• Establish a high‑performance in‑office commercial culture focused on ownership and measurable results.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, manage forecasting, revenue targets and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and operations to support onboarding, performance, retention and account growth.
• Shape the US go‑to‑market strategy, sales playbook and market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning new business and closing commercially significant deals.
• Experience leading, coaching or building a high‑performing sales team.
• Hunter mentality with comfort creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand.
• Background in digital advertising, performance marketing or closely related fields.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build structure where none exists.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Markham and help shape the commercial culture.
