Sales Development Representative – Remote (North America)

About the role

ShiftCare, the leading home‑care software provider in Australia, is expanding across North America. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to work remotely from Vancouver and generate new business for our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers via phone, email and LinkedIn, focusing on organisations in California and other target states.
• Generate qualified meetings for the SMB Account Executive team.
• Qualify inbound leads against the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Become an expert on ShiftCare’s platform and the North American healthcare market.
• Consistently exceed activity, pipeline and meeting targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in an SDR or BDR role.
• Proven success in outbound SaaS sales.
• Strong cold‑calling and prospecting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Coach‑able mindset with a desire to grow a sales career.
• Experience in healthtech, HRtech, edtech or CRM tech is a plus.
