Sales Coordinator – Used Car Inventory & Content

About the role

OpenRoad Toyota Peace Arch is seeking a full‑time Sales Coordinator to manage the flow of used vehicles from auction to online presentation. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory data, creating engaging visual content, and supporting reconditioning processes while working closely with sales and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Check in auctioned used cars, record any damage or defects, and move them into inventory.
• Coordinate the addition of vehicles to the dealership website and create video and photographic content for YouTube, social media, and in‑store displays.
• Upload all media to relevant platforms (Rapid Response, ORAG website, etc.) and assist the Content Coordinator with social media creation.
• Work with Sales and Service Managers to ensure cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning is completed and that vehicles are detailed for final advertising.
• Follow safety policies, report incidents promptly, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Good interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar coordination role.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean record.

Required skills

• Strong computer proficiency, including internet use and MS Office.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their marketing functions.
• Video development skills such as basic editing, camera operation, and script creation.
