Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for group stays, meetings and events, ensuring every detail aligns with our standards. This position bridges guests, the Sales team, Operations, Food & Beverage and external suppliers to deliver seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting room, banquet and event requests in partnership with Business Development Managers.
• Manage group stay logistics, including room reservations, meeting spaces and operational details.
• Communicate with guests and event contacts to clarify requirements and provide ongoing follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to fulfill contractual agreements.
• Serve as the liaison for Food & Beverage needs, ensuring accurate communication and delivery.
• Participate in operational and BEO meetings to relay critical event information.
• Optimize meeting space utilization and contribute to revenue goals.
• Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, rooming lists, special requests and billing.
• Support the Sales team with quotes, requests and follow‑ups as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, sales or a related field.
• Strong organizational, planning and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS (preferred).
