Sales Coach – Nike Retail Store

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing store functions such as sales, merchandising, operations, and accounting.
• Perform all store management duties in the absence of the Head Coach.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business support staff.
• Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Apply management skills to improve efficiency and achieve operational objectives.
• Recruit and hire talent to maintain a diverse, energetic work environment.
• Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• Communicate with the Visual team and oversee physical site maintenance.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Enthusiasm and passion for sports or sports fashion.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overnights.
