About the role
Join the loudest store in the mall as a Sales Associate, helping music and pop‑culture fans find the merch they love. You’ll be a key part of delivering an exciting in‑store experience and supporting the store’s visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience, using product knowledge to encourage repeat visits.
- Cover assigned sales‑floor zones and maintain visual standards.
- Operate the register, process transactions and promote add‑on sales, including BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Assist with planogram changes, store mapping, wall and fixture merchandising.
- Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
- Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and prevent theft.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a music or pop‑culture environment.
- Strong customer‑service and sales abilities.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lb.
