Sales Associate – New Home Sales

About the role

Jayman Built, one of Alberta’s top home builders, is seeking a Single‑Family Sales Associate for its Edmonton location. You will help turn buyers’ dream homes into reality by delivering outstanding customer service and guiding them through the home‑buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential home buyers, provide product knowledge and support throughout the sales journey.
• Manage a full‑time schedule that includes weekdays, evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and participate in professional training programs.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commission on each home sold.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, team player and ability to handle stress.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.

What we offer

• Training salary of $2,600 per month plus $1,000 commission per home during onboarding.
