Sales Associate – Music & Pop Culture

About the role

Join the loudest store in the mall! We’re looking for music and pop‑culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, using strong product knowledge and customer‑service skills.
• Cover the assigned sales‑floor zone and keep visual standards high.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions and drive add‑on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure proper use of store assets.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily goals and perform any other tasks assigned by the Store Leader.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong customer‑service and sales abilities.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products and lift items up to 50 lb.
