About the role

Join Ashley Canada’s flagship stores in Winnipeg as a Sales Associate, helping guests turn their houses into homes. You will work in a supportive, collaborative environment where performance is recognized and rewarded.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests to select furniture and décor that meet their needs and style.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, market trends, and competitor information.
• Develop relationships through phone calls, online leads, and in‑store interactions.
• Organise customer information and follow through on all service requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail or commission‑based sales experience.
• Results‑driven attitude with strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lb and stay active on the sales floor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Office) applications.
