Sales Associate Analyst – Launch Program 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Launch Program as a Sales Associate Analyst and spend 18 months developing expertise at the intersection of analytics, customer engagement and commercial strategy. You will support sales and account‑management teams, work on real business challenges and prepare for future customer‑facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and shape tailored solutions to drive growth.
• Support sales initiatives through project management, tracking priorities and preparing status updates.
• Create customer‑facing materials such as presentations, proposals and business cases.
• Analyze performance data, provide insights and assist with forecasting.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support deal execution and relationship management.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or accelerated Master’s program in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, graduating Dec 2026 – Jun 2027.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated curiosity about customer needs and the payments industry.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organizational skills.
• Interest in sales, account management or business development.

What we offer

• Base compensation of 71,000 CAD per year.
