About the role
Homes By Us is seeking a friendly and professional Sales Assistant to be the welcoming face of the brand. You will support customers throughout their visit, help them find the right products, and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, professional welcome.
- Provide administrative support, manage appointments and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist guests with product information and guidance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Manage customer flow to ensure a smooth experience.
- Connect customers with sales associates and facilitate sales interactions.
Required profile
- Strong communication, organization and people skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliability and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
