Sales and Advertising Manager

About the role

The Sales and Advertising Manager will lead our fundraising, advertising, and market research initiatives while driving client‑focused sales activities. This position supports Crime Watch Canada’s mission by creating effective communication strategies and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Design and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Lead fundraising activities and maintain donor relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, and fundraising outcomes.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Client‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, sound judgement, and strong organizational skills.
• Team player who is dependable, reliable, and aware of interpersonal dynamics.
