Route Sales Associate – Grimsby

About the role

Old Dutch Foods Ltd. is looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Route Sales Associate to service retail accounts in Grimsby, Ontario and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for delivering, selling and merchandising snack products while maintaining product freshness and providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver, sell and merchandise Old Dutch and Humpty Dumpty snack products to retail accounts.
• Maintain product freshness and manage inventory on each route.
• Follow scheduled delivery routes and use handheld invoicing devices for order processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid Class G driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Reliable transportation for on‑road work (kilometre reimbursement where applicable).
• Sales or retail experience is an asset.
• Physical capability to handle product loads and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
