Room Division Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Room Division Supervisor ensures seamless operation across the front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and banquet areas. You will lead a team to deliver personalized guest experiences, manage arrivals for VIPs and returning guests, and uphold the property’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk, laundry, housekeeping, and banquet activities.
• Plan and coordinate guest arrivals, including VIP and repeat guests.
• Liaise with reservations, sales, and other departments to maintain service consistency.
• Maintain presence in service areas to ensure aesthetic standards and compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest complaints, emergency situations, and crisis response as a resource for the team.
• Support team members’ performance and professional development.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership ability to inspire, motivate, and mobilize teams.
• Excellent guest‑focused mindset with the ability to empathize and resolve issues quickly.
• Resilience when dealing with stressed or unhappy guests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OPERA PMS (preferred).
• Strong computer literacy.
