Room Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Room Attendant to join our hotel team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hospitality for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors throughout the property.
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces.
• Make beds, change linens and replenish towels and toiletries.
• Stock the linen closet and manage inventory of supplies.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, appliances, and elevators.
• Collect debris, empty trash containers and maintain overall tidiness.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for extra supplies or items.
• Address guest complaints or concerns in a courteous manner.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, flexible and a team‑player.
• Possession of a WHMIS certificate.
