Risk Analyst & AI Trainer (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are seeking a Risk Analyst to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. You will review the AI’s answers on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital markets, ensuring the reasoning is sound and the output reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
• Validate the accuracy and logic of the model’s outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge the models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide each new model version.
• Deliver diverse problem sets to the AI and assess performance for correctness and relevance.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree in finance, business or related field (MBA or higher preferred).
• Professional experience in financial analysis, modeling or data analysis.
• Based in Canada and able to work as an independent contractor.
