Retail Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Team Leader to join our store management team. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and the handling of daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Handle manager‑on‑duty duties such as break scheduling, time‑keeping and attendance.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Participate in inventory counts, employee training, hiring and performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Open availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
