Retail Team Lead – Asian Beauty Store

About the role

Kiokii And is expanding its presence in North America with a new store at Place Ste‑Foy. We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Team Lead who loves Asian beauty trends and can inspire a diverse sales team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist store management in daily operations and workflow coordination.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and on‑the‑job training to sales associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; leadership or supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong passion for Asian beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends (K‑beauty, J‑beauty, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and support a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lb and stay active during shifts.
