About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor leads daily operations at a Savers/Value Village location in Ottawa. You will guide a diverse team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store performance while supporting the company’s mission of championing reuse.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑end, production, and community donation areas.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Maintain store standards for safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock handling.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data to meet or exceed financial targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising retail or thrift‑store environments.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and community impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
