About the role
You will lead a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations. The role involves managing inventory, scheduling staff, and handling customer issues. This full‑time, permanent position is based in our Edmonton store.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Authorize return of merchandise.
- Establish work schedules.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
- Availability for day and weekend shifts.
