About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our 7‑Eleven location in Hope, BC. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and managing a small team of sales workers.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and handle customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
- Availability for early morning, evening, night, day and weekend shifts.
