About the role
We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our store operations in Winnipeg. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining store standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules.
- Hire, train, or arrange training for staff.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
- Manage cash handling and conduct performance reviews.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
