About the role
Working in a downtown Toronto drug‑store environment, you will replace existing shelf strips with new ones, swap paper price tags for electronic shelf tags, and ensure the new tags are correctly activated and documented. The position is a one‑week contract (5 – 9 October) with daily hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and an hourly rate of $18‑$20.
Key responsibilities
- Replace existing shelf strips with new strips.
- Replace paper price tags with electronic shelf tags.
- Transfer data from paper tags to electronic tags using a scanner.
- Activate the electronic tags using the provided technology.
- Complete required administration for the section.
Required profile
- Punctual, reliable and takes pride in their work.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending and crouching for long periods.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Focused with strong attention to detail on repetitive tasks.
- Maintains a professional attitude, appearance and can travel to the location daily.
