About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Mayerthorpe location. The role involves overseeing staff, merchandise procurement, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations, including planning, organizing and evaluating performance.
- Manage staff (3-4 people), assign duties, recruit, hire, supervise and conduct performance reviews.
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale and determine staffing requirements.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization and teamwork.
